The Zvezda 1:100 Crusader Mk.IV is a snap-fit kit of the British cruiser tank of the Second World War in a small scale, for wargaming and for collectors.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic snap-fit kit of the British Crusader cruiser tank in 1:100 scale from Zvezda. The model goes together without glue and is part of the Art of Tactic tabletop game system. The package holds an unassembled model of the tank and a game card with a unit flag. Its small scale and simple build mark it out for more extensive tank formations.
The Crusader was a British cruiser tank committed above all in the North African campaign. It stood out for its low silhouette and, for its time, a high speed, which was paid for by weaker armor protection. The individual versions differed in armament and in modifications to the turret; the type was one of the typical British tanks of the start of the Second World War.
Separate the parts carefully and join them, strengthening them with cement for plastic if you wish. Given the desert service of the real subject, sand shades are fitting, and dust pigments and light dry-brushing to bring out the edges sit well on them. Darker washes into the recesses will emphasize the detail of the running gear and the turret.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
