Soviet Light Tank BT-7M is a plastic snap-fit kit of the Soviet fast tank in 1:100 scale from Zvezda, ideal for a quick build and for tabletop games.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic kit from Zvezda captures the Soviet BT-7M fast tank in the small 1:100 scale. It is a snap-fit model with a low part count which can be assembled even without glue, so it suits beginners, younger modelers and tabletop battle games alike.
The BT-7M was the final development version of the Soviet BT series of fast tanks. Against the earlier types it received a powerful V-2 diesel engine, thanks to which it gained greater range and reliability. The characteristic Christie suspension allowed the BT tanks a high speed across country.
The parts can be joined dry, but for strength they can be secured with a drop of glue. The model will reward a simple primer, Soviet green and fine accentuation of the detail with a wash. Even at a small scale the weathering of dust and mud on the running gear stands out.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
