B-17F Flying Fortress EXPERT - masking set 1:48 from New Ware. A complete set of masks in kabuki tape for the extensive glazing, the clear parts and the wheels.
Responsibility details are not available.
An extensive masking set in fine kabuki tape for a model of the Boeing B-17F Flying Fortress heavy bomber in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker New Ware. It is an accessory to a model, not a kit. The EXPERT variant usually includes masks for the cockpit and the numerous glazed positions including the frames and the inner side, the other clear parts, the wheels and camouflage elements. Intended for the corresponding plastic B-17F models in this scale.
The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress was an American four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War, famous for its heavy defensive armament. The F version had a glazed nose and a number of gun positions; the amount of glazed area makes masking one of the most demanding parts of the build.
The masking set is an accessory to a model. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
