This is an accessory of equipment, not a model of an airplane or a vehicle. Its content is the Israeli M76 helmet, also known as the OR-201, with a fabric camouflage cover, in the form the name designates as detailed. The 1:72 scale is the smallest of the whole range — the helmet really is tiny in it and comes into its own above all on dioramas, where the figures need to have the right type of headgear, or as equipment laid out in a scene.
You can recognize the OR-201 by its deep shell and short brim; it differs from European helmets in its silhouette alone. It was worn with a fabric cover drawn over the shell, so the shape you see on a figure is set by the cover. That is exactly why in a small scale it makes more sense to deal with the outline and the shade than with the pattern — the eye is sensitive to a silhouette and no longer to a pattern.
Wash the casting in lukewarm soapy water and let it dry. Cut the casting block off with a sharp knife or a fine saw — nippers are a risk on a part of this size. Work over a tray with a raised edge, as a tiny part is otherwise easily lost. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue, which holds on resin and on plastic alike, and apply it with the tip of a toothpick rather than straight from the bottle. Paint over a primer; in 1:72 a base shade, a fine lightening of the crown and a very thin wash are enough. Rather suggest the camouflage pattern with a few patches, as a literal rendering would look coarse in this scale.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and a figure are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
