Zvezda Fairey Battle 1:144 is a plastic kit of the British light bomber of the Second World War, laid out as an easily built snap-fit model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic kit in 1:144 scale from Zvezda captures the British Fairey Battle light bomber. The parts are designed as snap-fit, so the model can be assembled without glue, although we still recommend gluing and painting it for strength. The box contains decals and a display stand. It is a quick and undemanding build.
The Fairey Battle was a British single-engine light bomber of the late 1930s. Although it represented progress when it appeared, in the Second World War it proved slow and vulnerable. It was committed above all in the early part of the war. It was powered by an inline engine and carried a crew of three.
Even though this is a snap-fit kit, run liquid cement for plastic over the joints to be safe. Spray the British camouflage scheme with an airbrush or brush it on, bring out the panels with a wash and apply the decals over a gloss base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
