The Armory Lippisch P.13a with a Kettenkrad is a plastic kit of a German experimental aircraft in 1:144 scale, with two machines in the box.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German experimental fighter project Lippisch P.13a in 1:144 scale. In the box you will find parts for two aircraft with their towing dollies and, in addition, a small resin Kettenkrad vehicle. The set contains a clear canopy part and a decal sheet with hypothetical schemes.
The P.13a was a study by Alexander Lippisch from the end of the Second World War. It was a delta wing with a ramjet engine that, because of the shortage of fuel, was to burn crushed coal. The aircraft never got into the air in powered form; only the unpowered DM-1 glider was tested. The half-track Kettenkrad tractor was used to tow machines that had no propulsion of their own.
In such a small scale, work with a sharp knife and use glue sparingly. Wash the resin part free of mold release agent residue and attach it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The small schemes and lines can be managed with an airbrush at low pressure.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
