This item is not an airplane model but a small accessory set in 1:144 scale from Rise144models. A Smokewinder is an underwing smoke generator shaped like a short-range missile, which is why it is carried on the wingtip rail or on an ordinary pylon. According to the name there are three pairs, so the contents will do for more than one model.
Display and aerobatic teams use smoke generators to draw their trails during a performance. A model built in the colors of such a team looks unfinished without them, because these containers are the most conspicuous element of the stores in photographs from a display. The set therefore aims at modelers who build display team aircraft, or at a diorama with a machine prepared for a performance.
In 1:144 scale the parts really are tiny, so work over a light tray and put them down in a shallow dish so they do not get lost. Dry-fit the part before you mount it and adjust the mating surface to the particular rail on the model as needed. Choose the glue according to the material of the part: cyanoacrylate glue holds on resin and printed parts, and plastic cement on polystyrene. It is best to apply the paint before you mount the part, while it is freely accessible from every side.
