The package contains five replacement blades from the range of precision modeling blades; the Ripper designation distinguishes the version within the range. The blades are a consumable. Working with plastic, resin and paper gradually dulls the edge, and as soon as it stops cutting of its own accord you start pressing into the material with force. That is exactly where burrs, cuts that run off and cut fingers come from.
Do not wait until the blade stops cutting altogether, because it can be told sooner. The cut tears instead of gliding, thin parts break under the pressure and trimming suddenly needs more force than before. For fine work it pays to have a new edge and to move the older blade to coarser jobs, where the cleanness of the cut matters less. Five pieces in a package are comfortably enough for that kind of rotation. The manufacturer's data states which handle the blades belong to, so check the compatibility with your holder before buying.
Always cut away from your body and keep your other hand out of the path of the blade. Do not use a blade as a lever or as a screwdriver: it breaks without warning and the broken piece flies off. Do not throw used blades loose into the bin but wrap them or put them into a closed container. Store the package dry and out of the reach of children, because moisture causes corrosion of the edge.
A handle and other tools are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
