An aftermarket multimedia detail set from Top Studio, not a standalone kit. It combines resin parts, photo-etched metal frets, turned metal elements and fabric belts for convincingly finishing the cockpit of a model of the Red Bull Racing RB6 Formula 1 car in 1:20 scale.
The Red Bull Racing RB6 was the Formula 1 car of the 2010 season, powered by a Renault engine, with which Sebastian Vettel took his first world championship title. The cockpit of a modern F1 car is packed with details that a production tool can only render in simplified form.
The set refines the steering wheel, the seat, the belts, the pedals and other features of the cockpit. The result is a noticeably more realistic interior that comes into its own on a model with the cockpit exposed.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts and cut off the casting blocks; bond the photo-etched and metal parts with super glue. Protect your airways when sanding resin. Paint the fabric belts and fit them at the end.
This is a detail set, not a standalone kit; a suitable base model is needed to use it. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
