A set of Art Scale painting masks for a model of the Fw 190A-6 in 1:35 scale makes it easier to spray the canopy framing and other transparent parts accurately. It is not a model but an accessory to building one. The cut is based on the parts of the Border Model kit.

A set of self-adhesive, precisely pre-cut painting masks from the Art Scale brand intended for the plastic model of the Fw 190A-6 fighter in 1:35 scale. It is an accessory that makes painting easier, not an aircraft kit. The masks are numbered and, together with the instructions, make it unmistakable where each part belongs. The version is double-sided, so the glazing frames can be sprayed from the outer as well as the inner side. The cutouts match the parts of the Border Model kit, which the set is used with; with another maker the shapes differ.
The masks are stuck onto the clear parts and other places that are to stay unpainted or to be sprayed separately. The adhesive film follows the shape of the frames and edges, so the paint transitions are sharp and straight without slow masking by hand with tape. The set is prepared above all for an airbrush.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-6 was a German single-seat fighter of the Second World War period with a BMW 801 radial engine. The A-6 version of 1943 brought a revised and lightened arrangement of the armament in the wings. The machine was among the mainstays of the Luftwaffe on most fronts.
The masks are not paint and not a model. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
