The model captures a car from the Japanese touring car championship. The package contains injection-molded plastic parts, decals to reproduce the numerous sponsor logos and slick tires; glue and paints are not included.
The Skyline GT-R of the R34 generation is one of the icons of Japanese motorsport. In the blue Calsonic colors it raced in the late 1990s in the Japanese touring car championship (JGTC) in the top category. The car is derived from the legendary GT-R with all-wheel drive and a turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine; the racing version received extensive aerodynamic additions, a roll cage and a racing suspension.
Spray the distinctive Calsonic blue with an airbrush over a primer and let it dry thoroughly before applying the decals. Settle the sponsor decals on a gloss clear coat and cover them with clear varnish for a smooth racing surface. Paint the finely detailed interior with its roll cage and the chassis with its double-wishbone suspension before closing the body up; six-spoke wheels with slick tires complete the racing look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
