Honda S2000 AP1, a colored 3D interior on decal paper in 1:24 scale dresses the cabin of the roadster in finished color, is applied by soaking in water and is completed by metal self-adhesive parts.
Responsibility details are not available.
The layered printed parts, supplied on carrier decal paper, bring finished color together with three-dimensional depth, so that once seated the gauges, the door panels, the center tunnel and the upholstery of the seats look like separate items of the cabin, not like printing. The enclosed metal parts, which really do have their own adhesive, serve for the glossy details that are hard to imitate with a brush.
The open two-seater was introduced by the Japanese carmaker in 1999 for the half-century of its existence. The AP1 version was given the two-liter inline four-cylinder F20C, whose tachometer had its red zone only above nine thousand rpm, the engine mounted behind the axis of the front wheels and drive to the rear axle. The interior was unusual for its time: digital instruments with a bar-type tachometer across the whole width of the panel, a starter button to the left of the driver and seats set low right next to the tunnel.
The part is cut out of the sheet, soaked in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slid off the carrier paper into place. It has no adhesive layer of its own and holds on a gloss varnish of the Future, Klear or Tamiya X-22 type, with which you coat the base in advance; on broken-up surfaces a drop of super glue helps. Do not use a decal softener or a setting solution; their chemistry damages printed resin, and leave out a matte base, because an item will not hold on it.
The contents are the equipment of the cabin; the body, the chassis and the glazing do not belong to the package.
