Aoshima 1:24 Patrol Car Parts C is a set of plastic detail parts for a model of a Japanese police car in 1:24 scale. It is an accessory, not a complete car kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
An accessory plastic set in 1:24 scale from the Japanese maker Aoshima, intended for building a model of a police car. The package does not contain a model of the car, but separate parts for use on another kit sold separately. The set carries the letter C in its name, that is it is one of three variants of the same range offered alongside one another. The particular contents of the package are given on the packaging of the set.
On a model, the difference between a civilian and a service car lies above all in the equipment, not in the body. Accessory sets deal with that difference: they supply elements in the right scale that a modeler would otherwise have to make by hand or look for among the leftovers of other kits. Three variants of the same range usually mean that the maker decided to divide the equipment according to the type of car or according to its purpose, so that the customer buys only the part they really need. The particular division is given on the packaging of each set.
A dry test assembly is essential with accessory parts. The mating surfaces tend to be designed generally and have to be fine-tuned with a file for a particular body. Choose the paints according to the material of the base: on smooth plastic under light shades, apply a thin filler primer, otherwise the paint retreats at an edge. Chrome elements do not like being repainted, so either leave them as they are or roughen them before spraying. During the final assembly, work with fine-jawed tweezers and apply the glue with a wire rather than straight from the tube.
This is an accessory set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
