A plastic kit of the small Japanese Suzuki Wagon R in 1:24 scale. The name gives the RR and RR Suzuki Sports versions.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Suzuki Wagon R belongs among the Japanese cars of the smallest class, for which a short and narrow body with a high roof is typical. It is exactly that tall build that gives the car the shape of a small one-box automobile rather than a classic hatchback, and it is its most striking mark of recognition. The RR designation is carried by the more sportily tuned version, while the Suzuki Sports tag refers to the sporting line of the brand. For a modeler it is an unusual subject, because low coupes and sedans prevail among car models.
It is a kit of a passenger car in 1:24 scale. Given the small dimensions of the subject, the result is a compact model that fits even into a full display case. The name gives two versions, RR and RR Suzuki Sports; the division of the parts and the extent of the equipment for each of them are described in the instructions enclosed with the kit.
A tall body means large glazing, so the interior really will be visible on the finished model. It is therefore worth spending time on the inside of the car and painting it before you close the body up. Wash the body parts in lukewarm soapy water before spraying and let them dry. Apply the paint in several thin coats; the flat sides of the car give away every irregularity and every transition that has run. Glue the glazing with a glue made for clear parts.
For modelers who build Japanese cars in 1:24 scale and want something other than a sports coupe in their collection. Paints, glue and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
