This is not a vehicle kit but a detailing accessory. The set contains flexible copper wire rope and resin end eyes for assembling a realistic tow cable. It is intended for a model of the T-34/76 tank and for the SU-85, SU-100 and SU-122 self-propelled guns and tank destroyers built on the T-34 chassis in 1:25 scale.
The T-34/76 was a Soviet medium tank of the Second World War; a range of self-propelled guns and tank destroyers (SU-85, SU-100, SU-122) was built on its reliable chassis. These vehicles carried steel tow cables with cast eyes for recovery work in the field.
Cut the wire rope to length, insert it into the resin eyes and secure it with cyanoacrylate. Wash the resin to remove the mold release agent. Tone the cable in steel shades and accentuate the worn metal with graphite or pigments.
This is an accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
