Dipping ink 60 ml - SKELETON BROWN DIP is a semi-transparent dipping ink intended for bringing out relief. It is applied generously and runs into the recesses, where it darkens the shadow. The name of the shade refers to a brown tone suited to bones and old material.
Dipping is often mistakenly taken for a technique in which the whole model is gone over with a single color. A far better result comes from a zone-by-zone approach: one tone for skin and bone, a second for metal, a third for fabric. The figure then does not look uniform and keeps the color distinction of the individual materials, while you still work fast. The key is the order - work over areas that do not adjoin each other, so that neighboring zones do not run into one another.
