Dipping ink 17 ml - Deep Black Dip (Green Stuff World)

This is a semi-transparent shade ink on a water-based acrylic base in a deep black shade, in a bottle of 17 ml. It is not an opaque paint but a toning medium that creates strong shadows and pronounced contrast in a single coat. It is thinned with water and is non-toxic.

Use

• apply with a brush over a light matte base for the strongest shading effect
• a single coat gives deep shadows in the joints as well as pronounced transitions
• shake the bottle well before use, the pigment settles to the bottom
• for a finer effect it can be thinned slightly with water or with an acrylic medium
• it takes layering under and over ordinary acrylic paints and washes

The ink will be appreciated by painters of figures and wargaming models who want to shade dark areas, leather, armor and machinery quickly and strongly. The black shade gives the strongest contrast of the whole range.
