An ink is not meant to cover but to tint. It is worked over an already painted surface, whose color it shifts and deepens while the original coat still shows through. Anyone expecting it to behave like an opaque paint will be disappointed. Anyone using it as a final adjustment gets an effect that is hard to mix with ordinary paint.
Work in thin coats; the effect adds up with every coat and is hard to undo. Stir the bottle before use and wipe the neck after work. Choose the thinner and the cleaner according to the manufacturer's recommendation for this range. Test the strength of the tone on an offcut of plastic beforehand, not straight on a model you have put dozens of hours into.
For figure painters, wargaming modelers and for vehicle modelers who want to add depth to a finished coat. It is not suited as a base paint in a beginner's kit; an ordinary opaque paint belongs there.
Store it well closed and out of the reach of children. Work in a well ventilated room.
