This is not a kit but a detail accessory from the Japanese brand Top Studio. The set contains small molded rivets roughly 1.2 mm in diameter with a head of the (a) form. You fit them where the kit manufacturer simplified the detail or left it out altogether, giving the model well-defined heads of rivets and screws. The parts have a crisp definition and look like real fasteners on a finished model.
