A large collector's plastic model of a carbine from the AR-15/M16/M4 family in the M933 version in 1:3 scale from Trumpeter. It is a detailed non-firing model to build and display, with a small stand included; the parts are molded in black.
The M933 is a short commando carbine from the M16/M4 family - a compact weapon with a shortened barrel, intended for close combat and for units that need an easily handled firearm. The model faithfully captures the flash suppressor, the front sight, the handguard, the carry handle, the trigger and the ejection port cover.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the mold lines. Although the plastic is black, you will achieve a more convincing look with matte shades of black and metal and with the edges gently picked out with a dry brush. Finish with a matte clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled. It is a non-firing model, not a functional weapon; paints are not included in the package.
