The A-7 Corsair II was a subsonic carrier-based attack aircraft of American manufacture, derived from the F-8 Crusader fighter. It carried a heavy bomb and rocket load and became one of the key strike types of the US Navy as well as the US Air Force. The landing gear compartments are among the places where plastic kits tend to be simplified.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Before closing the fuselage or the nacelles, check the fit of the bays with the particular kit. The bays tend to be in a light shade; a dark wash into the recesses will bring out the detail.
The resin set is an accessory for a plastic kit, which is not part of the package. Glue, paints and the model itself are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
