The set contains a pair of AGM-142 Popeye air-to-ground guided missiles (Have Nap in American service) in 1:32 scale from the Ukrainian brand Reskit. It is not an aircraft model but a 3D printed resin accessory intended for more experienced modelers, with which you hang faithfully rendered armament under the wings or the fuselage of F-4 Phantom, F-15, F-16 or F-111 models.
The AGM-142 is a heavy precision-guided missile developed to destroy point and hardened targets from a safe distance outside the reach of short-range air defense. It is marked by an electro-optical seeker head and a data link for guidance by an operator. It was carried on a number of tactical and heavier platforms.
First wash the parts free of print resin residue, cut the print supports off carefully and bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with respiratory protection. Apply a primer before painting; the fine details and seams stand out after spraying with an airbrush and bringing the panel lines out.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
