Eduard Bf 109G-10 Erla 1:32 is a set of painting masks from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for precise masking of the glazing and the clear parts of a model of the German Bf 109G-10 fighter in the Erla configuration in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely die-cut painting masks from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:32 scale for the German Messerschmitt Bf 109G-10 fighter as built by the Erla plant. The masks, made of a fine masking material (kabuki paper), follow the shape of the canopy frames exactly. They are stuck onto the model, oversprayed with paint and taken off once it has dried. This is an accessory for a plastic model, not a stand-alone model — the kit has to be bought separately.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was the most widespread German fighter of the Second World War. The late G-10 version belonged to the high-performance configurations powered by the Daimler-Benz DB 605 engine. Machines built by the Erla plant were often assembled with a lighter, less framed canopy, the so-called Erla Haube, which improved the pilot's view. The masks follow the shape of this canopy.
This is a set of painting masks, not a model of the aircraft. The kit itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
