A resin set of the early French Hotchkiss M1909 machine gun, 1:32 scale from GasPatch. The package holds two pieces for detailing kits of First World War aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not an airplane model but a resin set of accessories. The package holds two pieces of the French Hotchkiss M1909 machine gun in the early form. The parts replace the simplified armament of plastic kits and give it a faithful look.
The Hotchkiss M1909 was an air-cooled light machine gun of French origin, used in the early period of the First World War. It was marked by the characteristic cooling fins on the barrel and by loading from rigid ammunition strips. It found use with the infantry and as aircraft armament.
The parts are cast in resin and are intended for more experienced modelers. Before gluing, wash the parts free of mold release agent residue, cut the casting gates off carefully and bond the joints with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. We recommend toning and weathering the metal shades.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted as resin parts. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
