A detail set, not an airplane model. This is a resin cockpit set for a model of the single-seat European Eurofighter Typhoon multirole fighter in the EF 2000A version in 1:32 scale. The set replaces the cockpit from the box with a faithfully cast tub, a modern instrument panel with displays, side consoles, a seat and a clear head-up display (HUD) part. Intended for experienced modelers.
The modern glass cockpit of the Typhoon with its large-area displays is a striking detail in a large scale. The resin castings carry sharp edges and fine relief of the controls, together with photo-etched parts and films. The set often also holds flexible castings of the oxygen hoses and fine canopy frames, which together create a convincing pilot's compartment.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
