This is a resin detail set from the Brassin line of the Czech manufacturer Eduard, as a rule filled out with colored photo-etch. It is not a model of an airplane but an accessory: the set holds a faithfully rendered ejection seat of the Martin-Baker type for the naval F-4B, F-4J, F-4N and F-4S versions of the Phantom II fighter in 1:32 scale. It serves for the plastic kit of that aircraft.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was an American two-seat supersonic multirole fighter aircraft. The B, J, N and S versions served above all with the Navy and the Marine Corps. The crew sat on ejection seats of British development, Martin-Baker.
Wash the resin parts clean of the remains of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a cutter and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Leave the colored photo-etch without a covering paint. We recommend painting the seat before seating it in the cockpit.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
