A set of painting masks for the Ju 87G Stuka in 1:32 from Eduard. It is a modeling accessory for masking the cockpit glazing and the wheels, not the model itself.
Responsibility details are not available.
Precisely cut painting masks from Eduard in 1:32, intended for the Ju 87G Stuka. The masks are of thin kabuki paper with a low-tack adhesive, they follow the shape of the canopy framing and other glazed areas and, in aircraft sets, usually the wheel hubs as well. It is not a kit or a set of model parts but an accessory bought separately for the base model.
The Junkers Ju 87 Stuka was a German dive bomber of the Second World War. The G version was the anti-tank variant armed with two 37 mm cannons under the wings, used above all on the Eastern Front against armored vehicles. The Stuka is one of the best-known aircraft of its day.
Carefully lift the mask off the backing, place it on the clean glazed area and press it down. Fill the straight gaps between the frames with a strip of masking tape or with liquid mask. Then spray the color of the frames, let it dry and lift the masks while the paint is fresh, so that the edges stay sharp. The masks markedly speed up masking and give clean, accurate frame lines with no lengthy measuring of tape.
The masks are a modeling accessory, not a model. The kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
