Painting masks Eduard 1:32 for the Ju 88A for the extensive canopy glazing and the wheels. This is not a model but an accessory for painting; the model itself is bought separately.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of shaped Eduard painting masks in 1:32 scale for a model of the German Junkers Ju 88A bomber. The masks are cut from kabuki tape and mask the frames of the extensive glazed cockpit and usually the tires as well. This is an accessory for painting, not a kit; the aircraft model itself is not included and is bought separately.
The Junkers Ju 88 was a German twin-engine bomber of the Second World War, one of the most versatile machines of its time, used as a dive bomber, as a level bomber and in further roles. The A version was the basic bomber configuration with its characteristic glazed nose and the many-paned glazing of the crew cockpit.
On the Ju 88 the cockpit glazing is unusually extensive, so transfer and seat the masks patiently, pane by pane, and press them carefully into the frames. Spray the paint thinned, in thin coats. Peel the masks off while the lacquer is still fresh; kabuki tape follows the faceted shape of the nose well.
This is a set of painting masks, not a model. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
