1:32 Junkers Ju-88 A-4 / C-6 / D-5 is an AIMS decal set with six sets of markings for particular aircraft of bomber, reconnaissance and night fighter units.

This set of waterslide decals in 1:32 scale is built on documented individual machines, not on general templates. It covers the A-4 bomber, the C-6 heavy fighter and the D-5 reconnaissance machine, each in the colors of a different unit.
The markings chosen lead from the Crimea through Sicily and Malta all the way to North Africa and Denmark. Among them are aircraft of the combat wings KG 51 and KG 77, night fighters from NJG 2 and NJG 3, and an aircraft of a weather reconnaissance squadron whose crews measured the weather over the sea ahead of bombing raids. Several machines are tied to the names of particular pilots, which gives a model a story. Some of them belonged to units whose crews took off in the dark against Allied convoys in the Mediterranean.
German codes made up of a letter and numerals tend to run the length of a whole flank. Lay them on dry first, and only then soak them. A smooth gloss belongs under a decal, and once dry a matte or semi-gloss clear coat follows. The shades of night fighters are dark, so white elements stand out and will take only careful weathering. Before cutting, it pays to look the sheet over against the light, as the small elements tend to be printed close together.
It is an accessory to a kit; plastic, paints and glue are not included.
