A resin replacement for the rear (tail) wheel with a strengthened fork and leg for P-51D Mustang models in 1:32 scale. It offers a more faithful tire profile and a stronger, more accurate casting of the leg than the standard plastic. The strengthened leg and the wheel match the Revell kit.
The tail wheel is a small but clearly visible detail at the rear of the fuselage. A resin casting with a fine tread and a strengthened leg carries the weight of a finished model better and looks more realistic.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue. Painting the tire a matte dark gray (rather than a pure black) is recommended, the leg in metallic shades, with light dust weathering.
This is a resin accessory, not a complete model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
