Panavia Tornado GR.4 stencils (1:32, Eduard)

A sheet of decals with technical lettering, the stencils, for models of the Panavia Tornado GR.4 combat aircraft in the large 1:32 scale. This is an accessory, not a model of the aircraft. In a large scale the technical lettering is especially noticeable, so faithful stencils lift the overall impression of a model markedly.

What it is for

The set adds the small service and warning lettering, the markings of servicing points and the walkway lines that a real Tornado GR.4 carried. It suits use on top of the basic markings from the box or with other decal sets. The decals are printed on a thin carrier film for good adhesion to the surface.

Application tips

• Apply them onto a smooth gloss varnished surface to suppress silvering
• Use a softener and a setting solution to settle them into the panel lines
• Once dry, even the surface out with a flat or semi-gloss varnish
