Responsibility details are not available.
This Plusmodel accessory is a pilot for the Japanese A6M Zero carrier fighter in the large 1:32 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but a figure accessory that completes the scene beside a finished machine or fills the empty space of the cockpit. In a large scale an empty cockpit tends to be the first thing a viewer notices on a model.
The A6M Zero was a Japanese single-engine carrier fighter of the Second World War. It stood out for its exceptional range and low weight, which the designers paid for with a lightly built airframe. Series production began in 1940 and during the conflict it went through several versions differing in engine, wingtip shape and armament. In its day it was among the most maneuverable machines of its kind.
First dry fit the figure in the place where you want it, because the cockpit is tighter than it looks even in a large scale. Apply the paint in thin coats, blend the transitions between the areas and finally deepen the folds with a darker shade. Take your time over the eyes and the proportions of the face; they decide the final impression.
