Model Maker 1:32 Polish Sopwith Camel is a decal set for a model of the British Sopwith Camel fighter biplane in Polish markings, in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit but an accessory of markings for a finished model. Reckon with it as a sheet of decals; check what exactly it holds beyond that against the illustration on the packaging. The scale is 1:32 and the manufacturer is Model Maker. In a large scale a separate set of markings makes sense above all because with older tooling the decals from the box tend to be thin on choice of schemes.
The Sopwith Camel was a British single-seat fighter biplane of the First World War, named after the characteristic hump of the gun fairing ahead of the cockpit. The combination of a rotary engine, a short fuselage and the concentration of masses in the nose made it an agile machine, but one not easy to handle, which forgave few mistakes. After 1918 individual examples reached other European air forces as well, the Polish one among them.
Decals belong on a glossy surface, because on matte varnish air stays under the film and the markings silver. The order is paint, gloss varnish, decal, softener, matte overcoat. On biplanes with fabric covering a softener always pays off, otherwise the film will bridge the space between the ribs. Draw a decal out of the water only once it gives, move it into place with a brush and blot the surplus water away from the edge, not by wiping over the surface.
The package holds markings for a model. The model itself and the paints are not part of it.
