This is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory for the cockpit. This colored photo-etched instrument panel for the British First World War biplane Sopwith Pup is made by Yahu Models. The panel is pre-printed in realistic colors including the dials, so you do not have to paint the individual gauges. The self-adhesive JustStick system makes seating it easy and accurate.
The Sopwith Pup was a British fighter biplane of 1916, popular for its agility and pleasant flying qualities. It served with both the British naval and land air services and was highly valued by pilots. The open cockpit with its period instruments is clearly visible on a model, so the detail is worth it.
Degrease the panel, nip it carefully from the fret and glue it onto the plastic instrument panel. The glass of the gauges can be suggested with a drop of clear gloss varnish. The set is intended for the matching kit of this biplane in the same scale.
