The set holds US recognition lights, that is a set of identification lights of the kind a number of American aircraft carried, usually on the underside of the fuselage. It is not a model of the airplane but small detail parts for sharpening up a build.
For modelers building American aircraft in 1:32 scale who want to add accurate recognition lights. This is an aftermarket accessory; the kit itself is not included in the package.
The small parts are bonded with super glue; for the effect of a light you can use clear varnish or paint.
