Responsibility details are not available.
A basic set of painting masks for a model of the C-47 Skytrain transport aircraft, known in British service as the Dakota, in 1:72 scale. The masks are die-cut from kabuki paper and follow precisely the intricate framing of the glazed pilot's cabin as well as the rows of cabin windows. The BASIC version covers the outer glazing and the wheels.
The C-47 Skytrain is the military version of the famous DC-3 airliner. During the Second World War and after it, it became the backbone of air transport, paratroop drops and supply. The British used it under the name Dakota.
For modelers who will appreciate quick masking of the numerous windows and the glazing without the tedious cutting of tape by hand.
The masks are an accessory for the model. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
