A set of small parts for modelers who stretch bracing cables on an aircraft model. It stands in for the tightening coupling and for the anchor into the structure, that is the two places where a stretched filament most often gives itself away. This item is type B; the line also includes type A.
The proven procedure is always the same: first the anchor is fitted, the filament or thin wire is led into it, the bracing is stretched and lined up, and only then is the joint secured with glue. Work on one brace at a time and let the glue cure each time, otherwise the previous joint will come loose under tension.
For builders of biplanes and machines with wire bracing for whom a bare filament between the wings is no longer enough. The parts are small and the work with them is slow, but the result is visible at first glance.
The package holds only the accessories named. The model, the filament for the bracing, the paints and the glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
