A resin, 3D printed set of wheels for the Italian wheeled tank destroyer B1 Centauro. This is not a vehicle kit but replacement wheels, which take the place of the plastic parts from the base kit with a truer rendering.
The kit from Trumpeter serves as the basis; it is bought separately.
The wheels bring a sharp tire pattern, a fine rim and the detail of the valve, which stand out on this heavy wheeled vehicle. 3D printing allows a seamless rendering with no parting lines, so filling and sanding of seams falls away.
Wash the parts free of uncured print resin residue, separate them from the print supports and sand them lightly with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the tires matte, the rims in the base color of the vehicle, and add light dust on the pattern.
Supplied as an unpainted set of resin parts; the vehicle model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
