An HGW detail set from the Basic Line range for models of the Japanese Nakajima B5N2 Kate carrier-borne torpedo bomber in 1:35 scale, in the variant with an open cockpit canopy. The set combines fabric seat belts of fine microfabric complemented by photo-etched metal buckles, and masks for the cockpit glazing are included on top of that. The belts therefore look more realistic and drape naturally into the cockpit, which plain plastic or purely photo-etched belts cannot manage.
The fabric seat belts are cut, shaped and glued into the interior, and the metal buckles are bent according to the reference. The belts can be lightly toned and weathered. The enclosed masks make a clean spray finish on the frames of the open cockpit glazing easier.
This is a detail accessory for the interior, not an airplane kit. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
