The Bedford QLD General Service in 1:35 scale from IBG Models: an injection-molded plastic kit of the British army truck of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
An unassembled plastic kit of the British three-ton Bedford QLD truck in its General Service version, in 1:35 scale from IBG Models. The package holds injection-molded plastic parts on several sprues, the part for the large canvas-covered body and a multicolor decal sheet.
The Bedford QL was among the most widespread British trucks of the Second World War. It was a three-ton vehicle with all-wheel drive and good cross-country qualities, built in a range of versions. The General Service (GS) form with a flatbed body and a canvas cover served for the general carriage of troops and materiel.
We recommend assembling the chassis, the cab and the body carefully. Use thin cement for plastic. Lay the base on with an airbrush, bring out the canvas with dry-brushing and bring the surface to life with washes and pigments for dust and mud effects. It is also worth loading the body with cargo as part of a diorama.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
