A detail set of tow cable for models of the German Bergepanzer 2 recovery vehicle in 1:35 scale from Eureka XXL. This is not a kit but an accessory that replaces the plastic tow cable, or the one supplied in the box, with a convincing flexible copper cable completed with resin end eyes.
The copper cable has the realistic structure of braided steel cable and can be shaped naturally on the hull of the vehicle. The resin eyes convincingly imitate the forged end fittings. The set contains parts for improving one vehicle in 1:35 scale and is made for models of the Bergepanzer 2 recovery tank.
Cut the cable to the length you need, wash the mold release agent off the eyes and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Treat the metal with a primer for metals before painting, otherwise the paint holds badly. The realistic look of steel cable is emphasized by dark weathering and a light metallic dry-brush.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
