Responsibility details are not available.
This is a diorama accessory in 1:35 scale, not a model of a vehicle. The manufacturer makes this subject in four diameters - 50, 60, 70 and 80 mm - and the figure in the name is the only detail by which the variants differ from one another. The third diameter in the range is already a distinctly large object that holds the attention in a view and carries the sense of scale of the whole scene.
As the diameter grows, so does the thickness and the weight of the cable, so reels of this size turn up on power lines, on railroads, in ports and on larger building sites rather than in field conditions. The support is essential here: without it the reel would have to be rolled along the ground, which is practically impossible with heavy wound cable. Hung on its axle it can be turned smoothly and under control.
An object of this size works well placed off the axis of the view so that it does not hide the action. It works well at a loading ramp, beside a truck or at the foot of a mast - anywhere it is clear where the line carries on to. The dimensions of the package, the weight and the material are stated on the box; the diameter of 70 mm is given directly in the name.
