Responsibility details are not available.
A combined set from the figure range of Dynamo-Models in 1:35 scale. The name marks it as a Set, that is as a set on the same subject the manufacturer also offers as individual numbered figures. It is meant for dioramas and display scenes from Normandy in 1944.
In Normandy the German airborne troops were among the formations committed to defensive fighting in broken farming country. The bocage landscape, divided by high hedgerows into small fields, turned every plot into a separate sector of the front and limited the movement of vehicles to sunken lanes. The equipment of these units differed from line infantry in the short jump smock, the helmet without a markedly projecting rim and their own arrangement of straps. A set with several figures on one subject gives a modeler the chance to build a scene with links between the figures, not just a single isolated figure beside a vehicle.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent and let them dry. With a multi-figure scene, lay the composition out dry first and only then paint, because the placing of the figures decides which sides will be seen. Shift the shades of the uniforms slightly between the figures and lead the wear differently on each. Paint the faces with thinned glazes and gradual lightening, so that the figures do not draw attention away from each other with the same skin tone.
