German tank ammo-loading crew 1:35 is a plastic figure set of the Second World War in 1:35 scale from Tamiya.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from the Japanese brand Tamiya. It captures a German tank crew of the Second World War replenishing ammunition. The package holds parts for building four figures in different, connected poses, together with gun rounds and small equipment. These are figures, not a vehicle; the set serves to bring a tank diorama to life. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Replenishing ammunition was an everyday but physically demanding job for tank crews. The set shows vividly how soldiers passed and stowed heavy gun rounds into a tank. The uniforms and equipment match German armored troops of the middle period of the war and go excellently with models of German tanks in the same scale.
Separate the parts carefully and clean up the parting lines. Paint the figures with a brush in layers: the base is field gray or the shades of the overalls, followed by skin, leather items and the metal of the rounds. A dark wash in the folds and shadows adds depth, and the edges are gently brought out with a dry brush. The rounds and the crates come to life with metallic and brass shades. The poses are designed so that the figures look like part of one action around a tank.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
