Grenadiers Ardennes 1945 (1:35) is a Black Dog resin figure set capturing German grenadiers in the winter Ardennes offensive.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure set in 1:35 scale from the Czech brand Black Dog. It represents German grenadiers, that is infantry, in the setting of the Ardennes offensive at the turn of 1944 and 1945. The set is meant to bring dioramas and vehicle scenes from the end of the Second World War to life.
The Ardennes offensive at the turn of 1944 and 1945 took place in a hard winter in wooded country. German infantry advanced in winter clothing and camouflage in freezing weather. Figures in winter kit therefore complete scenes with snow, mud and hardware of this period naturally.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with your airways protected. Glue the figures with cyanoacrylate glue and fill the gaps with putty. Once the base coat is on, work them up with acrylics or oils; a winter scene suits muted field tones, mud effects and a hint of snow on the equipment.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
