Israeli weapons TAR-21 Tavor in 1:35 scale is an accessory set from Black Dog for finishing figures and vehicle interiors.
Responsibility details are not available.
An accessory set with miniatures of the Israeli TAR-21 Tavor assault rifle in 1:35 scale. It is neither a kit nor figures; these are separate small items that are added to figures already built, to the interior of a vehicle or to the equipment laid out in a scene. The number of pieces, the material and the exact contents of the box are not stated here, as they are not documented.
The Tavor is an assault rifle of Israeli design laid out on the bullpup pattern: both the magazine and the bolt sit behind the trigger, so that with the same barrel length the whole weapon comes out markedly shorter than with the classic layout. The caliber matches the standard allied 5.56 mm cartridge. It was introduced at the turn of the millennium and its compact silhouette suits vehicle crews and units operating in confined spaces in particular. The distinctive outline sets it apart from more common weapons on a model at first glance.
Small items of this kind are cut off with a sharp new blade over a light surface, and they are handled with tweezers, not fingers. Painting goes fastest from a dark base, with the edges pulled out with a dry brush and the plastic parts set apart in a slightly warmer shade. A final matte varnish unifies the surface. A sling can be suggested with a strip of thin foil or paper fixed with cyanoacrylate glue.
