Responsibility details are not available.
This collector's figure in 1:35 scale portrays a Czech policeman from the period of the May Uprising of 1945. The figure is cast in resin, or else 3D printed, and is meant to be painted and set into a diorama. It faithfully captures the uniform and the bearing of a man who joined the uprising against the occupation in the last days of the war.
The May Uprising of 1945 was the culmination of resistance to the German occupation in the Czech lands. Police and security forces took part in the fighting as well, and their members often formed the backbone of organized resistance in the towns. The figure of a policeman therefore fits scenes of barricades, street fighting and the moments of liberation.
Wash any mold release agent off the parts, cut away the casting blocks or print supports and sand the mating surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Apply a primer before painting; work the face and the uniform up in acrylics with gradual highlights and shadows that give the figure depth.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
