Star Decals 1:35 Lebanese Tanks and AFVs no. 2, AMX-13 is a sheet of water-slide decals with the markings of Lebanese AMX-13 light tanks of both the army and the militias.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of classic water-slide (wet) decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. The sheet holds markings for Lebanese AMX-13 light tanks of French origin, both in the armament of the Lebanese army and in that of various militias. It offers registration and tactical insignia, lettering and the distinctive markings of individual vehicles.
The real subject is the French AMX-13 light tank with its characteristic oscillating turret, which appeared in Lebanon in the period of the civil war and the regional conflicts. The vehicles of the various factions were set apart by varied and often improvised markings, which gives the choice of schemes a varied and attractive character.
Apply the decals onto a smooth surface gone over with gloss varnish, so that no silvering effect arises under the film. Cut the designs out close to the printing, dip them briefly in lukewarm water and slide them onto the model. For settling onto detail use a decal softener, and fix the finished markings with a matte varnish.
This is a sheet of decals on its own. A model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
