An injection-molded plastic diorama accessory in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Italeri that represents a long harbor dock. It is not a model of a ship or a vehicle but a modular building element for a scene. The set holds the parts the dock is made up of, and it can be joined with further pieces into a longer harbor quay. The dock creates a natural setting for vessels, military equipment and figures.
The dock creates a harbor scene suited to submarines, patrol and torpedo boats or coastal equipment in 1:35 scale. The modular solution makes it possible to put together a shorter or a longer quay according to the size of the diorama and to complement it with your own water surface, crates, barrels and other harbor equipment. Thanks to that it serves well as a backdrop as well as the main scene.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the mating surfaces. Paint the wooden planks and the concrete or metal parts with an airbrush and with a brush after spraying a base primer. Liven up the weathered wood with glazes and a dry brush, and the metal features with rust and a dark wash. The water surface, ropes and small harbor details can be added from your own materials, and the dock can be set into a base.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, vessels and figures are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
