A set of classic water-slide decals in 1:35 scale from the Swedish maker Star Decals. This is not a kit - the decals serve to mark a built model of the M3 or M3A1 Stuart light tank. The sheet is devoted to the fighting of the US Army in the Pacific, including the Philippines, Bougainville, Kwajalein and the Makin / Tarawa operation.
Stuart light tanks were among the widespread American hardware in the Pacific, where they supported the infantry in demanding island terrain. The set brings tactical numbers, stars, vehicle names and unit signs matching this theater.
Trim the decal and dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds. Apply it onto a smooth gloss varnish, so that silvering does not occur. Using a softener will help the decal wrap around detail. Once it has dried, fix it with a clear varnish.
This is a marking sheet, not a kit. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
